Refund policy

IN SHORT

  • To start a return, you will need to reach out to us. We recommend reaching out by emailing us at info@italiansinbelgium.com. Make sure to mention your order number.
  • We apply 30-day return policy. See details below.
  • Returns are at your own expense. Not sure which size to pick? There is a size table next to every product so you can immediately pick the right size and avoid unnecessary returns.
  • You do not need to provide us with a reason to return goods, but providing a reason helps us improve our service.

We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days from the delivery of your item(s) to request a return. Once we are notified, we will provide you with the return instructions. You will then have 14 days to ship the item(s).


You may unpack, test, and inspect the product just as you would in a physical store, but you may not use it more than necessary to determine its nature, features, and functioning. If the product is returned in a damaged condition, we may charge a reduction in value.

If all of the above conditions are met, we’ll explain to you how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

The statutory two-year conformity guarantee for consumer goods, digital content, and digital services applies. For continuous supplies of digital content and digital services, the statutory guarantee remains valid for the entire duration of the agreement if it lasts longer than two years.

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us within two months if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so that we may evaluate the issue and make it right.


Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. You’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. If the product is returned in a damaged condition, we may charge a reduction in value. Please remember it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

 

Also this

We are legally obliged to provide you with the following form to request a return. Feel free to use it, however, we do not require this. A simple email in which you state that you would like to return some goods also suffices to start the return process.
